National Living Wage rises to £13.21 an hour from April 2027

The Budget confirmed the National Living Wage for workers aged 21 and over will rise from £12.71 to £13.21 an hour from 1 April 2027, with the 18 to 20 rate going from £10.85 to £11.27. If you employ staff, we can help you update your payroll and budget for the increase.
